Sales & Marketing Executive

Savi Spice is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role requires a professional who excels in customer relations, sales development, and marketing strategy, with a strong interest in the spice and agricultural industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing relationships, and managing our online presence to maximize brand awareness and sales.

Sales:

• Prepare and deliver sales quotations through our existing systems.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of potential new customers through cold outreach, desk research, and warm leads based on referrals. 
• Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to convert them into long-term customers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current customers to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate orders with customers via social media, phone calls, and other communication channels.

Marketing:

• Manage updates to the company website and online shopping platforms to reflect current offerings and promotions.
• Design and update product catalogs and marketing materials as required.
• Develop, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and promotional strategies.
• Respond to customer inquiries across social media and online shopping platforms promptly and professionally.

Additional Duties:

• Conduct research to deepen knowledge of our product offerings, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Assist with other tasks and special projects as assigned.

 

• Commitment of 20-40 hours per week (flexible options for part-time or full-time arrangements to be discussed).
• Proficiency in Vietnamese (fluent) and English (intermediate to advanced).
• Professional conduct in interactions with suppliers, customers, and team members.

• Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the food, spice, or agricultural industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
